A FEW THINGS, UNRAVELED

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Which weave should I start with?

Damask is a useful starting point for detailed logos and lettering. Satin offers a smoother, lustrous finish for simpler designs. Taffeta has a more visible plain-weave texture. A physical sample helps you compare the final feel.

How are iron-on and shuttle loom labels different?

Iron-on describes a heat-activated backing applied to a woven label. Shuttle loom describes a weaving method that creates natural selvages along the long edges. Check fabric compatibility for iron-on labels and confirm dimensions and edge details for shuttle loom labels.

Can I start with a small quantity?

You can plan a small batch or a wholesale project in the design studio. Enter your preferred quantity; the production minimum and price need confirmation for your chosen size, weave and artwork.

Can I use my own logo or just add text?

Both. Type a name and second line, or upload a PNG, JPG or WebP logo. Explore colors, sizes and folds with a live layout preview. Your uploaded file stays on your device.

Will the preview look exactly like the finished label?

The preview helps you plan the layout, colors and proportions. Screen colors and illustrative textures are not a production proof. Yarn colors, fine details, edge finish and sewing allowances need sample confirmation.

Can I save a design and come back to it?

Yes. The studio saves a draft on this browser. You can also download an editable project file and reopen it later, along with an SVG preview and a specification brief.
