What is the minimum order?+
Most products start at 100 pieces. Exact minimums can depend on type, size and finish — the design studio shows starting prices as you configure.
Do I get a proof before production?+
Yes. A free digital proof is included. You can request revisions until you approve. Production and lead time begin after approval.
Can I pay online?+
Card checkout is planned for a later release. For now, save your design brief or contact us by email or WhatsApp to place the order. There is no fake cart checkout on this site.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes — tracked international shipping on every order, typically via major couriers such as DHL or FedEx.
How long does production take?+
Standard turnaround is about 15 business days from proof approval. Specialty finishes or samples may add time — we confirm when quoting.
Where are my designs stored?+
Studio drafts save in your browser’s local storage on this device. Downloading a JSON design or text brief keeps a copy you can share. We do not receive your draft until you contact us or send the brief.
Which product should I choose?+
