Refunds & remakes
Custom labels, hangtags and patches are made to your specification after proof approval. This policy explains when we remake or refund.
Made to order
Because goods are custom-produced, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size choices you approved, or color preference differences that were visible on the approved digital proof.
Our responsibility
If we ship the wrong product, a clear manufacturing defect, or goods that do not match the approved proof in a material way, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will remake the order or refund at our discretion.
Samples
Paid physical samples are non-refundable once produced, unless they fail to match the agreed sample specification.
